7 Logics of life

Life has ups and downs and it can be easy at times but also hard.
We”’ all face challenges and hurdles, obstacles and setbacks and enormous highs with crashing lows. Life wasn’t supposed to be easy, but there’s some logical rules to follow in life that can help you along the way.
The 7 logics of life

1. Make peace with your past so it doesn’t spoil your present.

We all hold on to the past. None of us are truly free from it, but in order to move forward in life you need to shed as much baggage as possible.
- Bad breakups
- Business failures
- Family fighting
- Mistakes
These are all things that come naturally in this life. We’ve faced them all before and we’ll face them again. The key to a successful and happy life is to understand that holding on to the past will only hinder you from moving forward into the future.
Let go of what’s holding you back.

2. What others think of you is none of your business

How can someone else’s thoughts truly harm you? Think about it logically.
- Can their thoughts inflict physical pain?
- Can their thoughts make you bleed?
- Will their opinions make you sick?
No. So don’t concern yourself with it.
The only pain that someone else’s thoughts can inflict on you, is mental pain and that’s only because you allow it to. The only reason someone will focus on your flaws or imperfections is because they’re unhappy with themselves.
Be the mentally stronger person and understand that the only person who’s opinion truly matters is your own.

3. Time heals almost everything. Give the time, some time.

We have setbacks in life that will constantly haunt us. These setbacks are painful and at the time it feels like the pain will never go away.
Well time heals all and that pain WILL go away eventually. But you have to allow that time to pass.
4. No one is the reason for your happiness
Too often we rely on others to make us happy. It might be a friend or a partner, or a parent or a sibling, but the most important person in your life is you.
Spend more time with yourself and allow you to make yourself happy first. Relying on others allows them to control your happiness.
First learn to love yourself and be comfortable with yourself and true happiness will follow.
Someone once told me that you can’t expect to make someone else happy if you can’t make yourself happy first.

5. Don’t compare your life with others, you have no idea what their journey is all about.

We are all on our own journey. We all feel different things and have our own fears and challenges in life. Stop comparing your “behind the scenes” with everyone elses “highlight reel”.
With the age of social media came everyone’s proudest moments.
- Job promotions
- Children
- Engagements
- Weddings
- Honeymoons
- Holidays
Never does someone talk about lows that come naturally with life, but only the highs. We tend to bottle up the lows and hide them away. Trust that it’s there and everyone has their own journey both good and bad.
Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s.

6. Stop thinking too much. It’s alright not to know ALL the answers

We get so caught up in our thoughts that we forget to live. I heard a beautiful quote once that read
“Don’t simply just exist, but live”
It’s a beautiful sentiment about our lives.
We get caught up in the ups and downs and focus too much on the future or the past that we forget to simply enjoy the moment.
When was the last time you went outside at night and looked at how beautiful the stars were? I bet it’s been a while.
But when was the last time you worried about what someone thought of you? Probably within the last few days.
You don’t have to know exactly what your future holds because opportunities present themselves when they least expect it. Your future may look very different to how you imagine it now.
You don’t have to know why we’re here or what you’re supposed to do. Just enjoy the moments you have now. Live, Love, Laugh and stop thinking so much.

7. Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world.

Sometimes you just have to smile!
You aren’t the only one with problems, believe me. Smile and focus on the positives in your life. It might be the great friends that support you or your family that are always there when you need.
Maybe it’s just that you have food on the table and shelter over your head which is more than many people in our world are spared.
Think about the world as a whole and learn to smile more. Peace and love should be the foundation of your life and sometimes a little smile will remind you of that.http://thesuccesssoup.com/motivation/7-logics-life/http://thesuccesssoup.com/motivation/7-logics-life/
